Does anyone know where I can find a LCD/NCD for this code? It seems it does not exist. Does anyone know what ICD-10 codes can be used to order this diagnostic test?

First question for you. Does your doctor have the very specialized instrumentation to do this test? If not, it wouldn't be a billable procedure.
Yes. They do have the equipment, therefore it is billable. Obviously we wouldn’t bill if we didn’t have the equipment to do the procedure.

I wasn't able to find a LCD/NCD on that code either. Based on the code family/description of the code, I would consider diabetic ophthalmic conditions, optic nerve conditions, or macular degeneration would be applicable.

When I looked up the crosswalk of ICD-10 DX codes for 92260 in Encoder Pro-Payer the following codes were listed:
E11.311
G45.1-G45.3
G45.8
G46.0-G46.2
H33.40-H33.43
H34.00-H34.03
G34.10-H34.12
H34.8330-H34.8332
H34.8390-H34.8392
H34.9
H35.341-H35.343
H35.349
H35.371-H35.373
H35.379
H35.82
H47.011-H47.013

These codes might be a place to start in figuring out what the covered DXs are for this procedure.
