Atrophy of the pelvic and paraspinal musculature. What would you use? I'm thinking 728.2 any opinions would be appreciated.

if you follow the excludes note it leads you to pelvic muscle wasting and disuse atrophy (618.83).
but it will depend on the exact documentation and wording.
