Wiki opinion on lesion size

I am doing an audit and
I am reviewing a pathology report because the operative report is not specific enough on the size of the lesions and I wanted another opinion on the interpretation.
3 lesions were excised.
The Gross Description from the path report states
The specimen labeled back cyst times three is recieved in formalin and consists of multiple tan cystic structures measuring in size up to 1.5 x 1.3 x up to .7cm.

Would you take this to mean that one cyst was 1.5, another 1.3 and the 3rd .7cm? Or would take it to mean they were all 1.5x1.3x.7cm?

The operative report just states that each lesion was 1-2cm.

Thanks
