I have a question- I am starting at a new optometry practice and am currently researching Medicare LCD's for some of the testing and am finding that most of the LCD's are retired and there is no active policy (like for Visual Field Testing and Extended Ophthalmoscopy for example) does anyone know why there are no longer active policies, and what we can use as billing guidelines?
