When researching oral appliance sleep study cpt codes all I find are the cpt codes to bill for an oral appliance itself. What I am looking for is the sleep study cpt code to bill when doing a sleep study with an oral appliance since we are not using pap therapy. We do not supply the oral appliance, the patients bring them in. I believe the 95811 is only used when using pap therapy during the sleep study. Would we only use 95810 PSG since we are not technically titrating the patient on pap? I have researched this everywhere and cannot find any articles that explain this... only found the oral device cpt code and who can bill/supply it. Patients want to come in to have a sleep study to make sure that the oral appliance will work for them to reduce or correct their mild/mod OSA or for those that pap isn't working for them... Thank you!
