Is there any scenerio in which you can charge oral meds in an oncology clinic?

If you are dispensing an oral chemo, let's say Xeloda, from the office stock, it is billable. The place of service for the drug must be "Home."

Do you have any documentation that states that this is the correct way to bill for Xeloda? We give this drug often but do not bill for it because it is an oral drug. Thanks for your help!

Is it my understanding that you are basically dispensing the Xeloda for free? I will get you the supporting documentation shortly.
