Wiki Orbit Screening Prior to MRI

We have been billing for Orbit Screening Xray (70250) for several years but just recently we have started having denials from Medicare and Commercial plans. We have tried using Z01.818, Z03.823, and Z13.5. Nothing is getting this exam paid. Is there a new rule where we can't bill for this exam prior to the MRI? Or a code to use to get this paid. Anything will help.

Use CPT 70030(Radiologic examination, eye, for detection of foreign body) with code Z13.5.
