Has anyone seen this procedure, thinking of an unlisted code 67599 or is this code with 67400 or 67500 or 67550 or something else?Patient is has an anophthalmic orbit who has pain with wearing the prosthesis. Did an exploration and confirmed volume deficiency. Decision made to augment the orbital volume. Hydroxyapatite was injected into the superior orbit. A medium conformed was placed in the orbit. Thoughts? Thank you
