Hello, I took the CPC course 3 years ago and am now brushing up on the various guidelines. One question I have is regarding the order of specificity for cpt coding in particular when it comes to anatomical site, RVUs and additional modifiers. Are there any links or material I can reference that gives a clear explanation for this?
