Wiki Oregon Medicare/Medicaid???

I am working with a facility in Oregon and I am having a hard time navigating the appropriate Medicare/Medicaid websites to find the physician documentation guidelines. I am used to the WPS JMAC PtB and will be using Noridian Jurisdiction 2 PtB. Got signed up for Provider eNews MLN updates but just cannot find any other coding information that may be specific to that region.

As for for Oregon Medicaid... I have looked and cannot find anything! If there is anyone willing to help or share a few tips, I would greatly appreciate it.
