Have a question regarding a bypass graft in the lower leg. Physicians OP note states:
"1. Interposition vein graft right saphenous vein to left arterial inflow tract to free vascularized fibular transfer from peroneal artery to peroneal artery interposition graft.
2. Venous interposition graft from peroneal vein to peroneal vein left lower extremity vein graft, length 20 cm on artery and 20 cm on vein."
Physician is using CPT 35571 x 2 units. I believe this is the correct code but wanted some reassurance. Also, can 2 units be billed out? I'm thinking no.
