I need help finding a procedure code for a removal of THA and placement of antiobiotic spacer. 27488 describes it perfectly but that is for the knee - I need one for the hip. Thanks!

I come up with ICD-9 80.05 arthromy with removal and without replacement and CPT 27090 removal of THA and 84.50 insertion or replacement of (cement) spacer and CPT 27299 unlisted proc. of hip/pelvis joint. These two went together when entered into the encoder. Don't know if this correct or what you are looking for.

Anyone else??????
