Wiki Orthopedic Audit - Please Help

HPI: 75 year old male her for right knee injection of Supartz. This is the second injection to the
right knee. He tolerated the first series on his left knee well and has good improvement. He is here
for right knee injection
Exam: Right Knee
Able to stand up from a sitting position without significant problems
Gait Normal
Joint/Bursal Injection
Joint entered using sterile technique and medications injected
Medications:
Lidocaine 1% 5cc plus
Hylagan 20mg injected
Anatomical Site: Right Knee
Diagnosis OA of Right Knee
Veteran will return next week for the second injection in the series of three

I coded 99213-25, J7321, M17.11 (auditor is saying check 99212-25) any help?

I don't see an E&M here at all. Just injection.

So you're saying to only bill 20610 and J code, not the E/M with modifier?
