Can we bill 29888, 29882 and 20920 together? If so would we need a different diagnoses for the Allograft itself 20920?

Did you run edit checks? If so, what did you find, were there edits?
An allograft is not reportable with 20920. Check your definitions of the words ALLOgraft versus AUTOgraft.
