Hello all...I’m new to orthopedic sx and have a quick question that I hope to get help with. I’m needing to know the correct codes and modifiers we should use when procedures performed are:

L. Knee manipulation
L. Knee arthroscopic lysis of adhesions
L. Knee arthroscopic chondroplasty of the medial and patellafemoral compartments
L. Knee arthroscopic synovectomy of 2 plus major compartments

DX:
L. Knee stiffness and adhesions following prior anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in an outside hospital.
