Can an Orthopedic surgeon (leasing space and equipment) bill globally for taking and interpreting a diagnostic x-ray test? Or, must they have a technician (W2 or 1199) to bill for this service? Remember, we do not want to violate any Stark rulings.
I would appreciate any advice given.
