Does anyone know how to bill for this service? I've googled until I was blue in the face and have only come up with 99420 but I'm not sure of a DX code? There is also a respiratory fitting charge but I cannot find this info ANYWHERE.... it's government regulated! Go figure. :confused:
 
If it's for OSHA, it doesn't sound to me like anything that would be billable to CMS or commercial carriers - maybe check with your work comp carrier and see how they would like it billed if that's what it's for?
