I need some help with the following.....please
diagnosis -
Osteochondral defect, talus
Tibial exostosis
Talar exostosis
Portal incision was made. A medial portal was established. The trocar and cannula were inserted. Inspection did reveal a large talar beaking as well as a Bassett's ligament to the lateral ankle and an osteochondral defect along the lateral talar shoulder. An extensive debridement of the adhesive synovitis as well as the Bassett's lesion was performed. Next, using an arthroscopic bur, tibial exostectomy was perfomed, which did allow further evaluation of the talus. Next, the talar exostosis was removed using the arthroscopic bur. Then, attention was turned to the osteochondral defect where the loose cartilage was debrided using a rasp and shaver. Microfracture was perfomed x 8. Camera and trocar were removed and incisions closed.....
My question is can I code 29891 for the OCD AND 27635 for tibial exostectomy AND 28100 talar exostectomy?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
