I have a patient who is 67yo, menopausal and now has osteoporosis. I've been coding this as 733.00 (osteoporosis) and V49.81 (post menopausal status), but a little light bulb went off in my brain today and I'm wondering if I should be coding this as 733.01 (senile osteoporosis)? How do you code it? Thanks much!
