I am looking to communicate with an EP coder for OSU. One of the EP doctors (I code for Lexington Cardiology in Lexington, KY) has requested I try to speak with them about how they are billing the Afib Focal Ablations. More specifically, the Rotors for Afib that are ablated prior to the PVI being performed.
