How can i differentiate bet'n a OTC and a prescribed drug while i am in the process of coding a E/M level for a report?

If I'm not familiar with a drug, I'll look it up. For the purpose of scoring...just remember that an OTC prescribed in "prescription stength" qualifies for RX mgmt. (i.e. ibuprofen 500mg)
