I 've asked this question before but I realize Cpt updated their definition of " other health care professional" Im still confused.

Who is considered a "other health care professional "? Is a RN?

The reason Im asking, is someone is my organization wanted to know about the 99495/99496 codes. My inital response was the the face to face visit would have to be done by our MD or NPs. Am I correct or can a RN/care manager bill these codes?
