We just got this machine in our pediatric office. The salesman states we can bill both the pc and tc. Would we bill 92587 and 92587-tc? I think this would be the correct way. Thanks :d
 
No modifier is necessary when billing for both the professional and technical component. Use a modifier 26 if professional ONLY, or modifer TC if technical ONLY.

If no modifier is neccesary than how do we show we have both parts included...... Can we only bill the line once?? Or do we bill it twice ? Thanks
