please does anyone know what HCPC code I assign for a clavicle plate implant. Any help at all is so appreciated our coder is out and I am alone here and a bit overwhelmed

I would think that you must have a HCPCS II book somewhere in your office, or maybe look for a previous claim for this same procedure/implant. Absent that, my best guess (without better information) would be L8699 if not Medicare and C1713 if Medicare. I might wait for a more definitive answer though.
