When billing a consultations visit a 99244. The fellow(s) will do the entire evaluation stating that he/she had spend face to face time with patient and/or family between 13:00 pm and 14:00 pm... then supervising phyisican would come in on entail of the visit and review the fellow(s)findings .....then supervising phyisican would do partial evaluation for 20 minutes.

Can I bill the entire time when the fellow(s) had start and end the Initial eval visit or do I only bill the time when the supervising phyician did his/her?
