I bill for an oncologist that places holter monitors. I believe that all the codes for cardiac monitors are for physician review, not simply placing the leads on and send out the data.
Can anyone help??

Look at the CPT 93225, 93231 or new CPT 93229 for automatic ECG triggered transmissions to an attended surveillance center. More detail is required on how the data is transmitted in your scenario.
