What codes would I use for the following outpatient infusion done? I am getting different answers from different coders in our facility and am very confused at this point...please help!?
IV #1 22 g to Right AC, #1- LR hung and infusing at Bolus Rate started at 20:55.
IV #2 18 g started to L wrist, #2- LR hung and infusing at Bolus Rate started at 21:10.
IV #1 completed at 22:30, with #3 LR hung and infusing to Right AC upon departure of patient by Life Flight.
IV #2 750 mL infused and D/C upon departure at 22:30.
