Can a provider from the same specialty in the same facility count the review of test results, that have been ordered by a different provider in the same practice, in leveling the E/M? For example PSA and US were ordered by Dr. 1, pt comes in for another appt 3 months later sees Dr. 2 and he reviews the results of pts previous PSA and US. Can Dr. 2 count reviewing these tests as part of leveling the E/M code since he did not originally order and review the tests?

No. Same practice, same specialty counts as 1 provider. Similarly if your provider re-reviews a result from years ago, you may not count it again.
I know I read this somewhere, but can't seem to find my reference.
