Hi all. We are an multi-specialty physician group that will be taking over billing from our affiliated hospital for the Outpatient Therapies (PT/OT/Speech) and creating a new outpatient clinic. For the changes in billing from a UB92 to HCFA we are just wanting to make sure that we do not need to capture the occurrence codes. I do not believe we need to account for those codes on the HCFA unless anyone is aware of special steps that need to put that in Box 19 or something...

Also, has anyone made this transition or can tell me from a clinic billing perspective how you bill for the supplies billing to Part B Medicare?

Thanks for any help.
