We are an independant group of docs, who are located at a hospital. My question is can we bring a patient to our office (outpt) from the floor (inpt), which basically consists of an elevator ride, to do an outpatient procedure such as nailcare, toenail removal, debridement of a diabetic uler???

I am not aware of Medicare guidelines for outpatient procedures done on inpatients??
