Wiki OV and Pacer check on same Day???

If you bill a 93280 (pacer check) and an OV on the same day they are being denied as bundled. Can someone please try to explain to me why? I would really appreciate it.

Pacerchecks have an E&M included in with the check. The OV must be significantly separate in order to bill for the OV. I would apply the 25 mod to the OV only if you have documentation to support the OV was not part of the Pacercheck.
