Does the diagnoses of AK's and the scheduling of PDT justify a 99214 on its own? Some patients we are sending Valtrex scripts for preventively and with the amount of time discussing procedure and Levelun application just wondering if our documentation is good can we justify billing a 99214? Thanks in advance.
