Hello, for some reason BC has stopped paying the 99213 with an annual physical code of 99397. I have the 25-modifier listed on both line items. Has anyone else had this issue lately?
 
Different carriers have different policies regarding preventive and problem oriented same day. Some want -25 on one vs the other. Some will never pay for both. You should check your local BC policy. It's possible they had a change.
