Surgeon saw a patient who was having rectal bleeding s/p excisional hemorrhoidectomy. Pt taken to OR for EUA and was noted to have pulsatile bleeding from what appeared to be a hemorrhoidal complex. This was oversewn with a figure of eight suture. The previous surgical site looked good. Appreciate any advice.
