I have some docs who bought into an ASC. We do provide disclosure to patients stating the fact that we have ownership in this particular ASC.

I have started noticing that one of the other owners/doctor(different specialty outside our practice) is now referring potential surgical patient to us, and these patients then end up having surgery at this ASC.

Is this a problem if we have provided disclosure? Just smells to me????
