Has anyone had experience billing (and being paid!) for P-STIM for pain management? The vendor has advised billing 64553, Percutaneous implantation of neurostimulator electrode array, cranial nerve or 64555, peripheral nerve and L8680x3, Implantable neurostimulator electrode, each, as opposed to 64999, Unlisted procedure, nervous system. From what I've read and researched, I believe 64999 is proper as we're not really implanting as much as placing the device. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
