I have a neuro that has been submitting 64555 L8680x3 for the implantation of the auricular pain stimulator after I have advised numerous times that it is not the correct code. They have now decided to take my advice and start using 64999. I have researched the procedure and not really clear on if this is the only code that can be billed and what is the reimbursement. Can we add any additional codes for the electrodes?
