Can someone assist me in answering this question?
We want to bill for our PA surgery assist charges under her individual UPIN since she is not on any plans and would like to capture the out of network portion of those charges. However, we will bill the office charges under our group UPIN as Medicare has assigned her a UPIN with our physician.
Will I need to create a separate practice management data base to bill her individual surgery assist charges? OR, can I create 2 user licenses within our current practice management software for the two different billings, office and facility???
