We are a solo Urology Practice; my physician wants to bring on a PA as PRN; he has a person in mind but she will stay employed by her current employer and work for us as PRN. My question is how do I credential her with Medicare? Can we have her services paid to our practice when she works for us and to her other employer when working for them? What form would I use? I have credentialed NPP's before but they always worked exclusively for our practice.

Trying to avoid calling our MAC;any help would be appreciated.
