Wiki PA signature needed?

Hi All. Is a PA's signature required in the following situation. PA sees patient incident to with the Doctor. PA dictates the history and exam, doctor dictates the assessment and treatment plan which includes the PA administrating an injection. Does the PA need a signature under the injection they performed on the Dr's note?
