can you bill 33227 (PPM gen change) with a temp pacer (no underlying rhythm at all), if it's removed once the new PPM is in place?

AND if you can, would it be 33210 with a modifier.. or is this just not allowed.

thanks in advance

there isn't much to the note.
Buddy came in for a gen change... he had no underlying rhythm.. they threw in a temp pacing lead for the procedure.... switched out the device... temp lead removed.
i didn't think it was billable, but thought i'd throw it out there to see if because it was conducive to life, you may be able to bill it.
thanks again
