:confused:My office does the remote home monitoring for pacemakers and I am not sure if I use the same codes as in office or there are some specific to home monitoring, and does it differ for 30 day, 90 day, 1 year, etc ? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated :D

My office checks pacemakers remotely as well. Now, I'm no expert when it comes to cardiac device evaluations but I can tell you that you wouldn't use the same codes as the "in person" codes such as 93279-93281.

The codes you would probably use would be 93294 and 93296 you would probably want to take a look at. These codes may only be billed every 90 days.
