Cardiology is a new service for our Critical Access Hospital using Method II billing so I am unsure what to do with our hospital claims that have the pacemaker professional code of 33207 in addition to the facility radiological codes 77001 and 71010. CPT says radiological supervision and interpretaion is included in the pacemaker procedure, should the facility be reporting the radiological procedures? Thanks for the help.
