Does anyone know if it is appropriate to bill CPT 93015 and programing of device(92979-93284) if stress test is done by increasing pts heart rate thru their pacemaker or using the pacer component of their ICD.
The description of 93015 only says treadmill, bicycle or pharmacologically.
Same tracing of EKG, supervision of pt and interpretation are done so it seems it is appropriate to bill 93015 along with the device programming. But it is not listed in the CPT description of 93015.
