IMPRESSION: Gluteal bursitis.

PROCEDURE: The patient was placed in a left lateral decubitus position. The area of tenderness was marked over the gluteal bursa as well as a single point in the tensor fascia lata. A surgical time-out was provided by RN verifying the correct patient, procedure, and location. The area was prepared in the usual sterile fashion. Utilizing a 25-gauge 1-1/2 inch needle, a total volume of 4 mL in divided aliquots to the bursa as well as the tensor fascia lata was administered. The solution contained 3 mL of 1% lidocaine and 1 mL of 40 mg per mL of Kenalog.

Post procedure pain rating: Zero

Not sure if this should be 20610 or 20552?

Any help would be great.
