Physician wants to code 64450 x 3, but according to the CPT book 64454 encompasses all 3 - Superiomedial, superiolateral and inferomedial branches. Am I wrong in advising it is inappropriate to bill 64450 x 3? We should be coding to the greatest degree of specificity, shouldn't we? Thank you in advance!
