I have a scenario... my pain doc does an injection of 20 mg DepoMedrol, however, he uses the 40 mg vial. Am I able to bill for the discarded portion of the 40 mg vial?

Coding Scenario: J1030-20 units
J1030-JW-20 units

J1030 its 1 unit per 40 MG. If it were 1 unit = 1 mg then waste could be billed, otherwise you are getting double paid for the vial
