When billing out a claim in Pain Management can you use two Pain G codes? For example: If patient just had chronic low back pain, we would bill G89.29 and M54.5, but lets say that same patient also has a totally unrelated chronic knee pain from a accident would you then bill G89.21 and M25.561. My question is can you bill out two seperate G codes on the same claim: Would you bill G89.29;M54.5;G89.21;M25.561 or G89.29;M54.5;M25.561? Thank you!
