I have started doing some pain management coding and i have a patient that had a medical branch block the injection was done at the l5-s1 bilaterally - 3 injections per side not sure how to code this out.

You probably want to repost this in the Anesthesia-Pain Management Forum, and please give us more information. We will need to know the actual wording of the operative note.
