Does anyone know the appropriate codes to use for a gasserian RFA with fluoroscopic guidance?
I am coming up with too many different options....64610 and 61790 most commonly.

Procedure note reads
"Skin wheal was applied with local anesthetic (2 ccs Lidocaine) via #25g. needle. Under fluoroscopic guidance, a 22G, 5 cm RF needle was then inserted carefully into the medial cranial fossa, across the superior border of the petrous temporal bone, and into "Meckel's Cave" along the posterior 2/3rds of the Gasserian ganglion. Following Motor/Sensory testing, the area underwent denervation for 90 seconds at 60° Celsius (As noted in the "comments" section). 1 cc of 40 mg Kenalog was then injected."
